The Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation is now selling the 2010-11 "Dining for Schools Card".  This is one of the most popular fundraisers in the region as it allows for 50% discounts at 43 participating restaurants in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe.  The card costs $45.  Some of our favorite restaurants are participating once again including, Village Pizzeria, Pianetta, Dragon Fly, Cottonwood, Fifty Fifty, Mikuni's, as well as The Lodge and Pizza On the Hill in Tahoe Donner.  For more details on valid dates for use and participating restaurants, click here.  To purchase a card, go to the Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation website.
