One of the most anticipated events of every winter is North Lake Tahoe and Truckee's Annual Snowfest.  This years event kicks off on March 4 and runs through the 13th.  There are great events at numerous local restaurants, bars, and ski areas, including Squaw Valley.  Two of the best events for the whole family are the fireworks at Squaw Valley on opening night and the parade in Tahoe City on Saturday morning.  Check it out and have fun.  Here's the full calendar of Snowfest events.
