Many of you may not be aware that my Dad and business partner, Norm, is quite the writer.  He was a journalism major in college, prior to joining the Navy, and has always maintained his joy of writing.  Every other week he writes an article called "Mountain Times" for the Truckee newspaper, The Sierra Sun.  The articles are fun to read, often touching on the history of Truckee, current events in Truckee, some of the things our family does together, and the ever popular "Truckee/Tahoe Trivia Question".  His writing has become well known around Truckee, so I'll be linking to the Sierra Sun whenever his articles are in it, so all of you can enjoy.  Here's this weeks article:  Mountain Times, Snow, Alligators, and Christmas Trees.
