September 5 - 11:

Activity in the Tahoe Donner real estate market remained slow last week.  Just 3 homes went into contract.  We had been consistently seeing 5 or more homes going into contract per week throughout spring and early summer, but the summer just isn't finishing with the same strength.  We'll continue monitoring things to see what lies ahead.
