Sept. 12 - 18:

After a few very quiet weeks, the Tahoe Donner real estate market came back to life.  Showing activity at homes in all price ranges was solid and 8 homes went into contract.  It's good to know the market still has a pulse, now we'll be monitoring to see if it can be maintained.  As I've mentioned many times before, fall activity is very strong in "good" real estate years in Tahoe Donner, but is very slow in "bad" years.  As we draw toward the last quarter of the year, it's still difficult to tell which way this year will go.

17 homes had their asking price reduced.

8 homes went into escrow.

11 homes sold.
