The story of a "typical" June in the Tahoe Donner real estate market is "new listings".  This year is definitely not typical, and the story for Tahoe Donner and Truckee seems to be "demand" and "market strength."  Another 14 homes went into contract last week.  This is the largest number I've seen since I started doing this blog, and it's truly remarkable for the time of year.  Activity was focused on the lower end of the market, with 13 of the 14 properties having asking prices under $636,000.
