May 9th - 15th:

Tahoe Donner real estate activity continued to be steady this week.  4 homes went into contract and the seasonal flow of new listings continued with 8 homes hitting the market.  The number of showings at homes did rise compared to previous weeks.  Hopefully, that is a sign which will lead to more contracts being written in the coming weeks.
