June 6 - 12:

We seem to be regaining the consistency we had early in the year of seeing about 5 Tahoe Donner homes go into escrow each week.  This is a solid number for this time of year.  I feel a little like a broken record in mentioning that all of the homes, once again, had asking prices under $500k. Also, the typical spring increase in inventory continues with 12 new listings for the week.  There are now 124 homes for sale in Tahoe Donner.
