Feb 28th - March 6th:

Last week I mentioned that the "holiday" week of Feb 21-27 was quite busy in Tahoe Donner and quite productive for the real estate market.  It also appears that a lot of activity spilled over into the following week (as is often the case after holidays).  6 Tahoe Donner homes going into contract is a great way to start the month of March.  Also, the 8 new listings all appear to be very sellable and should help to sustain the activity.  Last but not least, congratulations to the 12 new Tahoe Donner home owners who were popping corks this weekend.  I've only been doing this blog a few months, but that is by far the largest number of closings in 1 week since I started.
