I mentioned last week that the number of showings, at most homes in Tahoe Donner, was on the rise.  That seems to have manifested itself in a very busy week for new escrows.  7 Tahoe Donner homes went into contract, which is the most we've seen since mid April.  Activity continues to be strongest on homes with asking prices under $600k.  I expect the strong activity to continue through the Memorial Day Holiday.

5 homes had their asking price reduced.

7 homes went into contract.
