I've said many times before, but it's worth repeating, one of the best signs of a strong real estate market in Truckee and Tahoe Donner is continued activity through October and November.  Activity will likely slow down from Thanksgiving through Christmas, but it is a very positive sign that home sales were still strong in the first week of November.
