I don't think anyone will be surprised to hear that, in the shadow of a tumultuous week in the stock market, the Tahoe Donner real estate market had a quiet week.  The stock market did some quick rebounding, will the 2nd home market follow suit?  We'll have to wait and see.

Both showings and new escrows were quite slow this week.  Here are the details:

11 homes were listed for sale.

8 homes had their asking price reduced.

3 homes went into escrow.

5 homes sold.
