December 13th through 19th:

Activity in the Tahoe Donner real estate market stayed fairly quiet again this week.  This is typically a slow time of year (as I've mentioned the last few weeks), but the activity was also affected by some crazy weather the second half of the week.  Looking forward, there should be quite a few new listings the next couple weeks while new escrows stay fairly slow.  The new escrows should start to pick up in early January and strengthen as the month goes on.

4 homes had their asking price reduced.

2 homes went into escrow (actually both were condos).

5 homes sold.
