Lucky 7's . . . 

7 homes sold, 7 new escrows, 7 new listings . . . how's that for a balanced home market?!  Tahoe Donner real estate, and homes throughout Truckee, continue to sell at a brisk pace.  The new escrows were lumped into the middle of the market for Tahoe Donner ($400-700k).  Summer is close at hand so we will see another strong push of new listings in the coming weeks.
