THE SUBDIVISION: Lahontan was the first gated private golf course community to be developed anywhere in Truckee or Lake Tahoe. AMENITIES: The amenities of Lahontan are exclusive and very private. Homeowners can purchase either Golf or Social memberships to the club. Lahontan has 2 incredible golf courses, a 72 hole Championship course, as well as a 9 hole par 3 course, both of which were designed by Tom Weiskopf. There is also an extensive golf practice facility.
